Creating graphics for web sites

Up until now I specialize of course, in photography. Ok cool. Well, i was hired to restore old still and create a poster for an old movie. Now they want this poster to be made into a web site page.
Yikes,
Are there and special specs I need to do? Certain resloutions or anything? The one thing I'm pretty sure of is that the poster is 24 x 32 and a web page will be wider, so I'll probbaly have to figue out how to make it wider

I woke up to fifteen and a half inches of snow this morning. I work at 5 a.m. and when I went out to start shoveling at 4, I was not even able to open my car... the snow was so deep and heavy! By the looks of things, the majority of the state is completely shut down. I shoveled for 2 backbreaking hours only to discover the roads were completely impassable.

I had to miss work, which I truly am not happy about. The upside is that I have an entire snowday with my wife and daughters!...

Challenge #21

There haven't been many entries yet - either I chose the wrong topic or it's a bad time of the year for any challenge, or most likely both. There's a week to go, though, so if you have time, think about posting an entry.

I'm considering postponing Challenge #22 until after the holidays, maybe the first or second week of January. Let me know what you think about that.

Permission to Post?

Can someone point me at some standards for permission to post pictures of people? So far I've only taken and used a few - and these were usually family or very public events. But I've taken a couple now that I would like to post, but I may have to track down the people and get some signed permissions. Are there standard forms and such?

New to posting here, "old" to Raven

Hi to all you dedicated PSP-ers!
I'm new to posting at this forum but did follow it for a long time.
Raven, Nanson and I were very involved with Pinoy7 back in the
days of PSP 6 and 7. We ended up running the board and Raven and Nanson
were the ones that saved my neck over and over again...

I've checked in here off and on. although I got rather burned out on graphic...

after buying the new hp putor,,,, the problems began,,,\
first of all it burnt out my 22w monitor,, so i had to buy a new one
2- it wasnt compatable with my printer,, had to go buy a new one,, gave old one away,,
3- burned out my router,, had to go buy a new one,,,,,

than the biggie,,,, computor went compoot,, nadda,, didnt work, didnt turn on,,
Went back to future shop,,,, told them i wanted to speak to a manager,, (what a mistake that was)
told him my...
