Last I knew Flood and all the others were $20.00 but I think it's well worth the price for Flood. You can use the demo until it runs out and then buy the registration code.

This was done with your gradient tip plus,your background tut....then a sinedot, and then duplicated the image and did the frame.......

Take a bluish gradient and use Flaming Pear's Flood filter to make some water. Flip it and you have a sky to work with..:)
