Do you have a link that has a graphic that closely resembles the one you need?

Trying to picture it is a bit difficult.

We all know what triple border backgrounds are. They require tables. What I am trying to do is to design a background tile that will have a left border, center, and right border to it. I would also love to add a top image that will span the same length as the tile, and a bottom image as well to do the same. No problem there!
