It's my personal choice to avoid anything javascript. I believe it is evil and should be outlawed. you can position anything with CSS though.

There are too many elements besides positioning that don't make the page look "professional", such as excessive blinking, busy background, color palette, to name a few. I also don't get the mix of flash and javascript - pick just one and stick with it, there's no need for these two on the site (everything that uses javascript could be done in flash).
