Blow me over with a feather......lol...I found it......ok now I'm trying to understand it........I hope you have it in your "help" click on Adjust/ PhotoFix and you will see it on the menu there....if it had been a snake I'd be in ER right now......lol!

Nice Sig.......ok.....I got my answer and its that there is a section on this topic in Help in your programe......I havent checked it out yet , I just got from town......but will soon.......I use PSP9 as my primary and have PSP8 and XI.......so I have no idea how your PSP7 is set up......but my tools such as "change to target" ,"smudge" etc are running down the left side of my workspace........and its the one below the hand for smudge.........try that and in the...

Oh, I use Photobucket also, but only for images to be used on forums like this one... If you go there right now, you won't see anything but scraps ...just the two cropped bits I posted here, and a background tile for another function elsewhere...

Oooooooh! Who knew? I had no idea that we could actually do that, with the smudge tool I mean....Jasc had this little secret buried, LOL. Which of the 'target' choices did you use, Chey? On version 7 I see 'saturation,' 'lightness,' 'hue' and 'color.'

OH, and how does one post a siggy here when the only option below is "Don't Use a Signature"?

Just go to the "Account" option at the top of board and find "edit signature". The mazimum size for signature graphics is 468 X 60.

I use Photobucket......but where you have your photos stored should have a URL and if you post that , we can go there and view just that image!

Eeeeeeeeeeek! I did it in PSP....... did not use the new filter......I like you, found it to be so subtle that I didnt see a change at all and all those sliders.....lol......but I use the "change to target" found in your tool box, under the smudge tool, with almost everything I do....

Thanks Dear... this is important to me and 'way exciting. I have 2 online community albums with a ton of images; so, many of them will never get 'fixed' (they are just too numerous) but at least those future ones will get the necessary adjustments...

Oh SURE, feel free to copy and experiment. I'm guessing that the one with the 'blue hair' will be the toughest one to fix...I have a ton of images like those, 'screencaps' of a particular favorite TV series (bet it won't be hard to guess which!!) and made using only the humblest means, my diggy camera and of course, PSP. What I did with this one is use the "change to target" tool
Chose black and used the setting Opacity at 9 and hardness at 5, this killed the blue
With this one I had the same settings and used yellow
