I've used mask in the past.....the ones that come all black and white and I always had to get rid of the white or the black and lower the opacity on them.....I didnt know there were other ways to deal with them......Once you make your own and then do as you did imploy various filters to it....thats a whole other world......wonderful stuff!

I have yet ( sorry to say after so many years w/psp ), that I have never use one.

This is starting to look good though. I think it's about time.

That image reminds me of a portal to Nirvana . The type you might see a fantasy hero and his love sailing off into the sunset in a small boat with a sail.

Ok , The obvious one is the one in the middle.....the reared horse's hooves ais the nose.....the other is behind the hiney legs and under the tail......the other is the top corners.......they look like bears from the chest up......lol!

I've been playing around with combining masks and displacement maps, interesting but I don't have any results to show.

That's how I finished this one, I didn't like the plain frame so I used a mask on a duplicate of the image after it went through the K-scope.

I may get the "DuhMe" award of the year......but!
In doing the "Complete This Challenge" I found out something about mask.....I never knew!
Ok,.......make a new canvas.....fill it with whatever.....just to start, make it a gradient......then go to Layers.....toward the bottom you will see Load/Save Mask......click......Load Mask from Disk....click...look thru your mask/choose one.....click Load.....then look at your gradient.......You can make a mask out of...
