Trying to open a downloaded file, but this is what it says:


&quot;This specified file cannot be identified as a supported type&quot;


How can this be opened, I need it.


I have Windows XP

			<description><![CDATA[ I have tons of 3rd party plug-ins that will work in PSP ( brushes, tubes, PS stuff, fonts, et. ).

If you plan on collecting this type of stuff for PSP, I have a suggestion.
<br>

Go into Explorer/Programs Files.
<br>
<br>
Create a new folder in Program Files called &quot; PlugIns&quot;.
<br>
Each time you find something you want to use in PSP, make a new folder inside your plugins folder and name it accordingly.

Let&#39;s say you want to add some new brushes, create a... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ If it is a resource file like a brush or a tube just move it to the proper file (e.g. My Documents/My PSP Files/Brushes) and it will become available to the
corresponding tool inside the program.

it is intended for.
