Also, by doing that (above), it makes it easier to make adjustments to names of tubes etc, when you get the dreaded "that tube already exists" message. Oh, and another tip...once you collect up brushes, tubes, gradients etc, make sure to back them up on a CD (or other drive)!

I agree with you,, thats what i do, i even go one step further and i take out the tubes, frames, and everthing else out of psp itself and add them to the folder i created, it loads so much faster

I have tons of 3rd party plug-ins that will work in PSP ( brushes, tubes, PS stuff, fonts, et. ).

If you plan on collecting this type of stuff for PSP, I have a suggestion.

Go into Explorer/Programs Files.

Create a new folder in Program Files called " PlugIns".
Each time you find something you want to use in PSP, make a new folder inside your plugins folder and name it accordingly.

If it is a resource file like a brush or a tube just move it to the proper file (e.g. My Documents/My PSP Files/Brushes) and it will become available to the corresponding tool inside the program.

If the above doesn't reflect over your file, it would help if you specified your program's version, the file type you are downloading and the version it is intended for.

What are you trying to open? Is it a PSP file? Is it from a newer version than what you use?

Trying to open a downloaded file, but this is what it says:

"This specified file cannot be identified as a supported type"

How can this be opened, I need it.
