I used Nanson&#39;s &quot;Dream&quot; gradient to start this

Duplicated it and screened the second layer

Used the &quot;smudge tool&quot; at full opacity and hardness at 100% to pull up the buildings......tubed in the birds and ship.......used the &quot;paint
brush&quot; to put in the windows and the &quot;dock&quot; thingys ......I &quot;flared&quot; the &quot;sun&quot; to make it more intense......selected the
small portion at the bottom and used the FP/flood.....

Thats it......using... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ Thank you,Raven......lol.....thats a hard expectation to live up to.....The Fog occured naturally......the light side of the gradient was up and as I
&quot;smudged&quot; up, the tool lost its ink.....lol......and I liked it , I left it......most things I do are happy accidents......then I build on
that......is that as good as building on a &quot;bedrock&quot; idea?
