I did this one a while back.....using Xenofex to crumple the paper...made the white border and used the burn edges, I then used paint brush with white and drew
in my fold lines on seperate layer, I then did a drop shadow on the lines.....then again on seperate layer used the brush tool/with white and low... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ There probably is a way to create that look using psp, but I don&#39;t know how myself. You could download the demo version of Alien Skin&#39;s Xenofex 2,
which has the Crumple filter.  Their Xenofex demo is fully functional for 30 days, so if you can use it for whatever you need within 30 days, that might be
something to consider. Here&#39;s a link to the examples page for that plugin...
