Hi, I have been seeing these blinks on some creations and wondered if there was a tutorial to learn how to do this?
This is not blinking eyes or blinkies, but blinks that can gp all around the page very fast. Thanks Anrra |

sorry, It should say go all around the page very fast.
I bleieve this is the place to ask this since this is animated. Hope someone knows how to do it and what I am referring to. Thanks Anrra |
