Ambient Design
A free program that does a very good job of turning photos into paintings. It can either pickup the color below the brush or you can choose a color. Andy, on Photozo.com, led me to the link and I thought I'd pass it on. JimL |

Thats a excellent looking program, Jim.
All the lucky folks with a tablet should be able to create some real nice graphics.. Unsual something that nice would be free..  |

Some of the samples that others have made are very good and mouse does work although you are short some options.
