I've been using Paintshop Pro 9 for years to fix my photos. All of a sudden, it is doing this weird pixelation thing with them. I'm not an expert with
PSP so I don't know if I accidently set something wrong (or maybe my teenage daughter did). Whatever it is, I need to fix it! I looked around to see if
there was a global "default reset" but couldn't find one.
When I open a photo, if I try to do a one-stop photo fix or ANYTHING at all (even just saving the file), it pixelates it very weirdly. Here is an example. What is wrong with PSP9? If I try to mess with the same photo is an old version of PSP, it is just fine.
