I have 1 Gig of ram, and 2.79 Ghz Pentium 4 processor. Yet when I try to do things like copy a part of a large file to it's own frame, or sometimes even when I try to select a layer, it will say that I don't have enough memory.
What is going on? Do I have my settings messed up, or do I have to change something about my hardware?
