Hello Nancy. I hope you don't mind my writting to you with a non PSP question. I have two computers. I'll refer to them as the old computer and the newer computer. The old one has a ZIP drive and the new one doesn't. I have a family history program called Family Tree Maker in the old computer and all the data is backed up on a 100mb ZIP disk. I decided to give the old computer to my grandkids and so I installed the Family Tree Maker program into my new computer but I then realized that it doesn't have a ZIP drive so how was I going to now install all the data that is on the ZIP backup. I figured that I can put all the date on floppys 3 1/2 disks and then install them into the new computer program. I started the backup process but found that after it copied to 12 disks it was still only at 35% copied. It seems to jump only 3% with each disk. At this rate it will take about forty to 50 disks to copy the whole thing. My question is, am I right in assuming that it will take all those disks to copy the entire data. I guess this sounds like an odd question but if it's going to take all that then I'm just going to leave it. I was wondering what your guess might be. I hope I haven't comfused you. Thanks for taking the time to read this and have a good day.
