I thought it would be fun to depict the area in which we live......pick something out that best represents your State or Area or Country Since I live in Nevada everyone thinks of Las Vegas......! Then maybe say something interesting about your creation! I guess the most obvious thing about this one is the "flashing" Nevada.....I made three frames leaving the layers intact......I then added noise at different grains and sharpened the middle frame so as it looped it would show up lighter! LOL.....It IS rather "flashy"......just like the town! I spent a week there with a girlfriend back in '98.....had a ball, used up a roll of
nickels in the slots won $106 but ofcourse lost it all again.......so all that fun cost me a roll.......then I quit! LOL!
