Hello,
Never had this problem before, I have XP and duplicate the image and click on effects,
rotate image left 90 degrees, and all the images rotate. Some images are suppose to remain
in place. I have placed all of them on separate layers, X'd out the layers, and they still all rotate,
How can one get the images to stay still and not move while others are being rotated??
