A friend of mine is having a Problem with using her Plug-ins

why in psp ever time i go to use the plug-ins that i have to go and reset the file locations..it is getting tedious to say the least..even
if i let the program set unused for awhile I go back and try to use a plug-in..and it is not there....any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have installed and reinstalled 3 different times, and I have to do the file location thing every time I use a plug in..i
have to go a step further to the actual plug in that i want to use and add that as my file location..but that only lasts one time..the next time i want to
use a plug in..i have to go through the whole routine again..very frustrating..It worked fine with my old computer,,I have psp 8..and psp X installed..the
problem is the same with both programs..its like it is missing some memory or something..thanks for trying to help
