I have read that this filter works in PSP somebody uses it? he is compatible with PSP 7.04?

it seems very many better than Flaming Pear, Dream Suite, Eye Candy, etc, the developers (evidently) call it "the best Photoshop plugin on this planet" and their characteristics and quality are very interesting.
