Here's the concept:
We all know what triple border backgrounds are. They require tables. What I am trying to do is to design a background tile that will have a left border, center, and right border to it. I would also love to add a top image that will span the same length as the tile, and a bottom image as well to do the same. No problem there! But, I want it so it will span most screen resolutions without having the viewer have to scroll across or it being off center in various resolutions. Should I design it for the most common resolution, and how wide should I make the center tile, top tile, and bottom tile?
I thought this would be a nice idea since sets I am designing for my soon-to-open websets would be good to offer a similar look to people who don't want to deal with alot of table coding for the triple layer look.
Thanks!
