Just joined and have a question.
How do you do animations i.e., two or more, at different speeds? And two or more at same speeds. I cannot figure it out. Thanks. Hope this is clear.

I hope this is what you mean...
in animation shop use the wizard to put all images into animation frame. once finished and the images are on the workspace, click on the first image and go up to animation>frame properties and set the speed, do this for each frame/image. then run. all settings can be changed in the animation>frame properties & animation properties. ~Lana~ |

I have done that, and it still does not work.
A dog that eyes blink at one speed and his mouth at another speed. I would put it on here, but don't know how to do it. Thanks. Anrra |

Good Afternoon,
I believe I understand what you are wanting, and I pray that I am right. What you need to do is to do a 2 / 1 forumla. If you want the eyes to blink at the normal rate but say the mouth a slower rate, you are going to need more frames. What you want to do is your first image start with eyes open mouth closed Second image, eyes half way closed with mouth still closed Third image, eyes closed and mouth just opening a little bit like about a quarter of the way. Fourth frame, eyes open up half way, while mouth opens to the half way point Fifth frame eyes should be fully open while the mouth is opened to about the 3/4 mark Sixth frame, eyes should remain open without movement but perhaps a glisten in the eyes while the mouth extends fully open as if yawning. Seventh frame, eyes begin to close again half way point, and the mouth closes down to about 1/3 mark Eight frame eyes should be shut, while the mouth moves another 1/3 point to close Ninth frame eyes should open to half way, while mouth fully closes Tenth frame the eyes should be open again and mouth fully closed This will now lead you back to step one. I hope this has helped Always Kimariaus AKA Kimberly |
