Does anyone have an idea how to create tri-color glitters without having to use ImageMagick? I am using PSP7.

Sure..
Add a new Raster layer, set the Layer Blend Mode to Color, fill with a tri-color gradient...If you need a red, white and blue gradient I have one on this page called Flag. |

Thanks Nanson, I'll try that... but actually what i was thinking of was more on the lines of using the ready-made glitters and combing them to create tri-color glitters similar to that used on the previously mentioned website, instead of using gradients... I want three distinct colors...

This animation was made with that gradient, I think the colors are pretty distinct..
If you don't want to use a gradient you could add a new raster layer, set the layer blend mode to color, make selections and fill each selection with a different color. |

Did you make that animation? It is really neat. I like the work.
