Dont laugh.....OK go ahead.....lol....I combined my two current favorite things ..........So I found a pix that might come close to what the real artist would use........the background buildings were pretty "squatty" so I selected them across the top and down the sides,with the "selection" tool......used the "mesh warp" tool to make them taller.....using the same selection I blured and blured........tweeked here and there......made sure the truck and surroundings were fairly in focus....Made real sure that you couldnt detect where the blur started...Put the Photo edge on and deformed it all........with the "clone" tool I brought some of the building and folage out of frame......
