but I was browsing through Suz's awesome PSP X tutorials, and saw something that looked familiar. I
recalled someone asking (on this forum) about doing one of Nanson's tutorials that involved the wave effect. They were having troubles trying to duplicate
the tutorial in PSP X, and had to work around it. Suz's tutorial explains that the wave effect was changed from version 9 and later, and gives some
settings to compensate for the difference. I found the forum topic HERE and Nanson did
mention the change on her last post. You can find the info on Suz's website HERE.
I didn't want to give Nanson a headache by bumping such an old thread, since I know what it's like being a moderator myself. 
I wonder if the OP still checks this forum...

If any version of PSP has Unplugged Tools/Wavemaker in their filter bag of tricks........would the results still be the same, or not......?

I'm not sure...I haven't done that tutorial myself, and I don't have that particular plugin. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try...then let us
know!

I didnt see a tut per se, just the conversion table...........Geeeeeeeeeez......lol.....I'll try the wave plug-in and see if that comes close!

No problem bringing up old posts, Fallstar, Marjersequra is still active here.
The question wasn't about the tut really it was about an example pattern I used in the tut. All the "little" changes in the PSP filters along the way have made some of those tuts hard to follow with the newer versions. Thanks for the link to Suz's settings. I might try her script tomorrow to see how that works..
